For most of the drivers the BAC i.e. Blood Alcohol concentration should be less than 0.08% but for commercial vehicle drivers it should be less than 0.04% and in the case of drivers younger tha 21 year or those on DUI probation, the limit is as good as nil. It is 0.01%, not even good for a beer.
